The operations and administration flow charts is function-dimension of management style. All operation starts from Administrative Department (Registry Unit) where letters, mails and other information are submitted for processing and move to Chairman’s office for acknowledgement and then to Head of Local Government Administration’s for same before it is being sent to the concern/appropriate Department for necessary action.
Administrative System is in line with the Local Government Service Commission Approved Guidelines that start from Head of Local Government Administration to all appropriate departments in treating of files for information and necessary actions.
